Enterpri­ses of this branch operate under modern technologies and, if necessary, are able to cooperate with similar foreign compa­nies. Joint-Stock Company «Aroma» is one of such enterprises dealing with producti­on of strong drinks (divin, brandy, strong national drinks and wines (dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, strong, flavored, etc.). Enterprise was established in 1898. From 2000, «Aroma» is a joint-stock company of opened type. Basic enterprise integrates seven workshops equipped with four modern technological lines. Its branch «Valogr-Vin» is located in Hartopul Mare Village (Criuleni District). Main kinds of activity are the production and sale of divin, brandy, strong national drinks and wines. Currently, 429 persons work here, who are well acquainted with specificity of pro­duction processes and technologies, fea­tures of conditions, in which distilate are obtained and matured. Production capaci­ties amount to 300 thousand decalitres of distilate, 200 thousand decalitres of wines; bottling capacity - 66 thousand decalitres. Electronic equipment is in full conformity with European standards. Range of products includes divin brands well-known at the international markets («Ambassador», «Dacia», «Lucczarnii», «Chisinau». «Moldova»), brandy of original types notable for special taste («Fenix», «Lider», «Domnesc», «Excelent»), wines, which are highly appreciated for their gustatory qualities («Riesling». «Aligote», «Feteasca», «Sauvignon», «Pinot». «Merlot», «Cabernet», «Chardonnay», «Cahor», «Izabella», «Lidia»). Products comes for sale in original bottles of different volume, as well as in the form of souvenir sets of divin with different periods of maturing (7 to 40 years). «Aroma» purchases wine materials from producers from different vinegrowing regions of the republic. Then, raw materials are passed in succession through processes of filtration, thermal treatment and automated bottling (hot or sterile) on computerized line with capacity up to 12 thousand bottles per hour. Most part of products (more than 25 titles) is sold at the domestic market through the network of specialized shops in Chisinau and Straseni, as well as through the republican commercial network. Besides, «Aroma» realizes successfully its products in the Russian Federation, Byelorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, USA, Israel, and Germany, Chehias. Quality of the «Aroma» products was marked by 7 awards «Grand-Prix» and by more than 30 gold, silver and bronze me­dals, as well as by large number of diplo­mas and premiums received at the prestige national and international exhibitions and tasting events.
