It was a good start, when in 1999 the joint Moldo-German venture «Gesusbau» had appeared in Cahul. The enterprise was created by two business partners. Initially, it was dealing with selling of construction materials with examination at the same time of possibilities to extend its activity and sales markets. For the relatively short period, interested investors were found providing real opportunity to change the profile of the firm's activity, to expand it and to provide working places for 60 specialists in construction and wood processing. Not confining itself to the sale of construction materials, «Gesusbau» deals with installation and re-equipment of sanitary engineering blocks at enterprises, in organizations and dwelling houses; installs autonomous heating systems; manufactures doors and windows from aluminum, plastic, etc. «Gesusbau» Company maintains good business relations with private persons and entities, subsidiary small holdings, rural consumers, having won confidence of population due to the fact that this enterprise always fulfills its obligations.Being confident in its capabilities and in the benevolent attitude of clients, the Company began the construction of administrative building, which will allow it to organize its work more effectively and to offer new working places. In 2004, «Gesusbau» had opened a new commercial center, inaugurated on the occasion of the five years of activity; a furniture mini-factory. In future, it plans to construct an exemplary building in accordance with requirements of modern standards and norms, using the most advanced technologies. In order to apply successfully the European standards, to use novelties in its activity, the Company has established and maintains relations of cooperation and partnership with similar enterprises from Germany, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.Developing its activity, JSC «Gesusbau» will be striving, of course, to new achievements. The Company is much obliged to people supporting it and is grateful to regional authorities. It participates actively in cultural and charitable events, which are held by the Cahul mayoralty. For contribution in this activity, it was rewarded with the honor diploma of the «Bispro-Moldova» Society.
