More than 900 employees of the integrated plant work every day for those, who are in need of them, who are confident in reliability and excellent quality of products of bakers and confectioners from Balti. Such confidence is worthwhile. It was conquering for decades. In 1995, plant was reorganized into a joint-stock company and was going on with baking bread from wheat, rye and oat flour, fancy loaves, bread sticks, rolls, Easter cakes, ring-shaped rolls and bagels, biscuits, spice-cakes, fruit-cakes, cakes and many other products - 105 titles only of ecologically pure confectionery of excellent quality. Enterprise includes two bread-baking plants, workshop producing biscuits and crackers, confectionery workshop.In present, integrated plant is equipped w'ith modern, computerized equipment manufactured in Italy, which is able to produce up to 8 thousand tons of articles per year. Automated lines and perfect technologies ensure the top quality of products. Raw material and end products are constantly controlled in the testing laboratory, where scientific researches are carried out and recipes of new articles (special rye bread, diabetic bread) are developed as well.Considerable portion of articles is produced to the order of different companies from Romania, Sweden, Germany, Israel, Switzerland, France and Great Britain. However, most part of products is released reckoning on local consumer and is sold at the domestic market. Integrated plant has its own commercial networks for selling bread and confectionery in Balti City and in populated locations in the North of Moldova (4 specialized shops and 18 booths). Bakery products and confectionery of the Balti bread-baking integrated plant are solicited by foreign people and occupies deserved place at national and international exhibitions and fairs obtaining premiums, diplomas and medals. Recent awards include «Gold Medal of Europe» and international premium «For Technology and Quality».
